It may help you to spend some of your time looking at yourself. By that I mean your qualifications, your CV or resume , interview technique. Preparing your answers to the most common questions. Things like your body language and attitude need to be taken into account. Do you come across as aggressive. Will you fit in? Do you fidget, bite your nails or sit slumped in the chair at your last interview? Do you know why interviewers ask certain questions? Find out the reasons. Publications below.
