Purist Freezoners would say this site contains squirrel material. It is not 100% Standard Tech. Well Standard Tech is that Tech which works most reliably, and most swiftly, with the least danger to the pc, so we might disagree on being called squirrel. Certainly we are not restricting ourselves to the original presentation of the Tech as given by LRH.
Procedures such as the L's have had a lot of bad press, as indeed have the OT levels. The reason for these failures have to be judged on a case by case basis, but certainly there are holes in the procedures which the unwary can fall into. We earnestly hope the procedures presented here are more robust and more difficult to mis-apply by virtue of being written out more comprehensively.
If you find a mistake, or want to give any other feedback, then please post on ESMB in the FreeZone section. You will not get a direct response from us, but we do visit that board occasionally. They are part of a graduate course in Dianetics, to be studied only after having studied and audited NED.

These processes are probably the worst in terms of causing restimulation to the casual reader. Power Processes reach all the way down to the bottom of the Grade Chart. When you read them you can't help but think about the process. If you ever want to benefit from these processes then ONLY get them read to you in session.

The first Solo audited level. This is a strange but interesting process which consists of finding a special type of word related to a current non-optimum condition, then finding the opposite word.
